Tinted Number Plates
We advise you not to use tinted registrations on the road. This does not meet the British Standards and you may receive a fine or points on your licence. We advise you to use these tinted 'show plates' in your own garage, car shows or private land.
Alternatively Spaced Number Plates
We are unable to space your plates however you like as your number plate MUST be shown exactly how your number plate is purchased from the DVLA. This is to ensure your number plates meet the British standard (BSAU).
Entitlement Document
You can use any of the following documents as proof of entitlement;
- Vehicle Registration Certificate (V5C or V5CIN)
-Retention Document (V778)
-Renewal Reminder for TAX or SORN (V11 or V11NI)
-New Keeper Slip (V5C/2 or V5C/2NI)
-A letter of authentication from a fleet operation (This includes lease and hire companies) quoting the original document reference number from the registration certificate.
- Electronic number plate authorisation certificate (eV948)
Proof of ID
You can use any of the following documents to confirm your name & address;
- Driving Licence (Photo-card and/or paper counter part)
-National Identity Card
-Utility Bill, Council Tax Bill or Telephone Bull
-Bank or Building Society Statement
How do I send in my documents?
We will email you instructions on how to send your documents to us. Please note we require physical copies of your ID & Entitlement documents. All documents will be returned with your desired number plates after purchase.
